I am interested in covering Oregon State as a journalist, and possibly the timbers because i have a passion for soccer.
My previous background in journalism consists only for writing for the Daily Barometer down in corvallis, a on campus newspaper, as a sports columnist.
I am now working as a full time software engineer in the portland are so i dont know how much time i would have to dedicate to this, but i do have a strong passion for sports and for writing.
Please let me know if you need any other info.
Thanks
-Ben
